We work with Building Operations to coordinate undergraduate moves and meet facility student needs.

Building Operations oversees the day-to-day maintenance and renewal of campus facilities and the supervision of building systems and infrastructure.

Graduate Housing

Office of Residential Life

We refer students to the Office of Residential Life to help them navigate other on-campus housing options.

The Office of Residential Life serves as the primary housing resource for Harvard Griffin GSAS students.

Residential Life

The Dean of Students Office (DSO)

We work with the DSO to implement Harvard’s residential policies.

The Dean of Students Office is dedicated to building a campus residential and social community that is welcoming, open and accessible to all students.

Title IX

Harvard College Title IX Office

We work with the Title IX Office to assess housing needs related to sexual harassment or misconduct.

College Title IX aims to promote a Harvard College free of sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct, to educate our community about policy and Title IX compliance, and help impacted students.

University Dining

Harvard University Dining Services (HUDS)

We work with HUDS to process billing for meals during a student’s stay on campus. We also collaborate to plan dining for students approved to stay on campus during winter and summer recess.

HUDS provides foodservice and meal plans for Harvard University. Visit their website for menu offerings, dining hours, and more.
