We work with the DAO to identify accessible housing options and implement disability-related accommodations.

The DAO helps reduce or remove environmental barriers that may significantly limit access and inclusion in Harvard College housing.

Building Operations

Office of Physical Resources and Planning

We work with Building Operations to coordinate undergraduate moves and meet facility student needs.

Building Operations oversees the day-to-day maintenance and renewal of campus facilities and the supervision of building systems and infrastructure.

GradGuard

GradGuard Renters Insurance

Gradguard Renters Insurance provides coverage for on and off-campus housing. Personal property coverage protects the student’s belongings worldwide from theft, burglary, and malicious damage. 

Harvard University has partnered with GradGuard to offer an exclusive College Renters Insurance Plan that is specifically designed for students.

First-Year Experience

First-Year Experience Office

We work with the first-year office to help students navigate the residential change from the Yard to the Harvard House system.

FYE provides new students with guidance, programming, and resources to help them transition from high school to college. They ensure academic and social well-being and growth for first-year students.

Graduate Housing

Office of Residential Life

We refer students to the Office of Residential Life to help them navigate other on-campus housing options.

The Office of Residential Life serves as the primary housing resource for Harvard Griffin GSAS students.

Residential Life

The Dean of Students Office (DSO)

We work with the DSO to implement Harvard’s residential policies.

The Dean of Students Office is dedicated to building a campus residential and social community that is welcoming, open, and accessible to all students.

Title IX

Harvard College Title IX Office

We work with the Title IX Office to assess housing needs related to sexual harassment or misconduct.

College Title IX aims to promote a Harvard College free of sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct, to educate our community about policy and Title IX compliance, and to help impacted students.

University Dining

Harvard University Dining Services (HUDS)

We work with HUDS to process billing for meals during a student’s stay on campus. We also collaborate to plan dining for students approved to stay on campus during winter and summer recess.
