I cancelled my housing via the residential portal but am still being billed.
It takes up to 24 hours for you to see in my.harvard. Meal reimbursement are processed by HUDS shortly after.
Keys
Can my friend pick up my key on my behalf?
For safety reasons, we do not let students pick up keys other than their own. This prevents any issues that may arise between roommates, the actual room assignee, and the person who picked up the key.
Meals
Can students opt out of meals during the academic year?
Meals are required by the College unless there is a Disability Access Office accommodation on record for the student due to health.
Moving
Can I store my stuff on campus for just one day?
Per the College policies, there is no possibility of storing your belongings on campus outside of your assigned move-in and move-out dates. This is to ensure your belongings are not removed against your wishes. You may wish to arrange with a third party to store your belongings in an alternate space.
